This app has helped me tremendously with my diet. It is very easy to use so it is not a burden logging the foods.
It has helped me realize that calorie intake was more than what I assumed. I lost 2.2kg in 3 weeks!
Ive been on low carb diet eliminating all grains, sugar, fruits, and dairy, but when I started logging the foods on this app, I found that I was still getting over 100g of carbs a day from veggies.
It also helped me find a macronutrient balance that makes me feel full for long time, so I dont have food cravings.
By setting the goal, it shows me how many more calories are remaining that I can eat today. This feature made me force myself to exercise to earn more calories that I can eat, which then made me exercise more!
The insulin and BG tracking feature is also very good. Its great way to get the big picture of BG, insulin, food, and exercise!!
